Project sponsors of $5,000 or more will receive priority availability of the Field of Honor and presentations of medals. Each sponsor will also receive a certificate of appreciation and an encased honorary medal. Their names will be placed on a plaque of acknowledgement that will be displayed at every exhibition of the field.

All donations to help support the medal or the Field of Honor should be made payable to VVO (Veterans of Oregon) and have designation as to what program funds are being donated to. Cancelled checks are legal receipt so long as it contains our 501(c) 3 Tax Exempt ID number which is #42-1585660. Sponsorship needs

We strongly need the support of any company or organization and offer them maximum exposure for supporting our troops along with full tax-deductible benefits. We are in need of sponsors willing to provide donations to offset the cost of the medals we present to all veterans in our state. We also accept in-kind donations such as for lodging of volunteers at events, meals and travel.

1) Flyer Acknowledgement:
Whether a Community Church, a business, a civic organization (ie: Lions Club) or veteran organization (ie:VFW/Legion Post or Auxiliary) we provide maximum exposure as a sponsor for a ceremony on the flyers we distribute in the community.

2) Sponsor Board:
We provide permanent acknowledgement on our sponsor board that is displayed 24/7 on site at every Veterans of Oregon Field of Honor Display. Sponsors are listed in the order they join and by category of “Our Generals” = $5,000 or more, “Our Colonels” $2,5000 or more, “Our Majors” at $1,000 or more.

3) Media Acknowledgement
We highlight mentioning of our sponsors in all media coverage to show our appreciation and inform the public of their service.

4) Hosting of Ceremonial Events
We offer on-site displays of the Field of Honor and Medal Ceremony to all of our General Sponsors at locations of their choosing. Not only do we give the sponsor maximum tax-deductions, media coverage but exclusivity for recipients. Sponsor donations are used entirely to pay for medals we provide to veterans in a ceremony held on-site and schedule these events for 3-4 day durations 24/7. The sponsor wins, the community wins and their veterans (customers) benefit.
